It was an incredible experience! The accommodations GLP set me up with were comfortable, well-maintained, and located in a safe area close to amenities. My biggest challenge was the language barrier, so I highly recommend that participants have some knowledge of Spanish. GLP supported me the entire time I was in the program. They were always there to help and answer questions. They continuously provided suggestions and resources which made my experience easier and better. They also offered suggestions for various activities and events in the city and nearby areas. I am so grateful for the opportunity and for the many wonderful people I met. I would highly recommend one of GLP's programs to anyone looking to do this type of internship program.

my experience studying abroad through global learning programs was amazing! I did a 10 week internship through my college and global learning programs. throughout my whole 10 weeks in Costa Rica there wasn't a time where I felt unsupported or as if I couldn't reach out in times where I was having any sort of issues. I was able to learn a lot about the country and culture in itself while also getting hands on experience in the field that I am passionate about. In conclusion, I would highly recommend doing this experience to anybody that is interested as it was a very memorable experience for me!

It was a fantastic trip- the learning was wonderful and all the facilities we visited were amazing. I think the program needs to look at accommodations more as there is a large amount of money being invested into this and they were quite disappointing
